Otaru

At some stage through our 2 weeks at Niseko, we took a break from skiing and jumped on a train to the coast of Hokkaido, to Otaru.
This town is huge on glass blowing and sake brewing. We spent the day there, photographing old buildings and ducking into the odd glasswares shop to escape the freezing cold.  I had never seen snow meet the ocean before so this was kinda cool.
